Hi! I just moved to Orange recently and I am trying to find a part time apprenticeship (unpaid) in a bakery! I love baking cakes, and have made 4 or 5 for weddings in my family (I can show you pictures!). I just don’t have enough time on my hands with two toddlers at home to go to a culinary school. Ms. Dria did a wonderful job on my daughters 13th birthday cake! It was a white cake with lemon curd filling and we put fresh fruit on top. It tasted divine and got lots of compliments. Thank you!
